The appointment is effective for the three-year term beginning September 2, 2022 through September 1, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The Presidential Panel is comprised of senior and experienced practitioners who are trained arbitrators, available for appointment by the President when a dispute clause provides for the President to nominate a suitable arbitrator.
