Borrasso Presents on The Evolution of Remote Proceedings in ADR

Ava Borrasso FCIArb presented “The Evolution of Dispute Resolution” addressing the use of virtual hearings in arbitration, both international and domestic, in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.   The distinguished panel was organized and presented by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Federal Bar Association on December 1, 2021.
