IBA Publishes Borrasso Article on International Arbitration

The Arbitration Committee of the International Bar Association published Ava Borrasso’s article titled “Recent U.S. Court of Appeals Rulings on Interim Relief Pending International Arbitration Proceedings” in October 2018.  The article discusses recent US court decisions involving pre-award writs of attachment.
