YAR Publishes Borrasso Article on International Arbitration

Ava Borrasso’s article title “What Now? Preliminary Thoughts on Obtaining Evidence in the U.S. under Section 7 of the Federal Arbitration Act in the Aftermath of ZF Automotive” has been published by Young Arbitration Review in its January 2023 issue. The article discusses efforts to obtain discovery from arbitral tribunals in the aftermath of the United States Supreme Court’s decision limiting avenues previously pursued via 28 USC §1782.
