Borrasso Speaks at ABA Section of International Law Conference

Ava Borrasso addressed privilege in international proceedings and dispute resolution clauses in cross-border agreements during a panel presentation titled “International Distributorship, Franchise & Trade Agreements: From Key Deal Terms to Dispute Resolution Mechanisms in Civil & Common Law Jurisdictions.”

The program was presented at the annual meeting of the ABA Section of International Law in New York, NY on April 20, 2018.
