International Bar Association Publishes Borrasso Article on International Discovery

The IBA International Litigation News published Ava Borrasso’s article titled “Overview of Recent Developments in Section 1782 of Title 28 of the United States Code” in its May 2018 issue. The article addresses recent U.S. court rulings that involve U.S. law governing access to evidence to support foreign proceedings.
